Procedure

All Exceptional Performance Awards must be approved by the Dean. Exceptional Performance Awards are initiated by completing the CLAS Exceptional Performance Award Nomination Form.

Exceptional performance award nominations can be submitted at any time and will be evaluated twice per year. Those submitted by March 15^th and October 15^th will be evaluated and if approved, awards will be disbursed on April 1^st and November 1^st.

SPOT awards can be submitted at any time for payment.
