Procedure

All Exceptional Performance Awards must be approved by the Dean. Exceptional Performance Awards are initiated by completing the CLAS Exceptional Performance Award Nomination Form.

Exceptional performance award nominations can be submitted at any time and will be evaluated monthly. Nominations should be submitted by the 15^th of the month for evaluation and if approved, awards will be disbursed on the 1^st of the following month.

SPOT awards transaction requests can be submitted at any time and will be evaluated monthly. Transaction requests should be submitted by the 20^th of the month and awards will be disbursed on the 1^st of the following month.

Q: What funding sources can be used for these awards?

A: SPOT awards can be paid on 050 accounts. Exceptional Performance Awards need to be paid on 240 or 520 accounts.
