Policy Purpose and Description
All Exceptional Performance Awards must be approved by the Dean. Exceptional Performance Awards are initiated by completing the CLAS Exceptional Performance Award Nomination Form.
Exceptional performance award nominations can be submitted at any time and will be evaluated twice per year. Those submitted by March 15th and October 15th will be evaluated and if approved, awards will be disbursed on April 1st and November 1st.
SPOT awards can be submitted at any time for payment.
