Applications

Submit applications for the 2025-26 academic year via this workflow form by Monday, October 7, 2024, to DEOs. DEOs must complete their portion of the application by Monday, October 21, 2024. 

Reports

Reports for Flexible Load Assignments completed in spring 2024 are due by Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to DEOs, and to the Dean's Office Administrative Services Specialist by Monday, August 26, 2024.
