Applications

Submit applications via this workflow form by Monday, October 7, 2024, to DEOs. DEOs must complete their portion of the application by Monday, October 21, 2024. 

Reports

Reports for Flexible Load Assignments completed in spring 2024 are due by Wednesday, August 14, 2024, to DEOs, and to the Dean's Office Administrative Services Specialist by Monday, August 26, 2024. Reports for Flexible Load Assignments completed in fall 2024 are due by Monday, January 20, 2025, to DEOs, and to the Dean's Office Administrative Services Specialist by Monday, February 3, 2025.
